Sasan has been in the mortgage industry since 2001. He has originated and closed many challenging transactions and has worked with several multi-family real estate developers providing their buyers with financing for their new development condominium projects. Sasan has also worked with first-time home-buyers, self-employed borrowers, low-to-moderate income borrowers, and high net worth borrowers. He is fluent both in English and Farsi.
Before joining Cohen Financial Group in 2009, he spent time at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Bank of America Home Loans. Sasan studied economics at the University of California Los Angeles. Sasan is both a licensed mortgage originator (NMLS:1194434) and a real estate salesperson (DRE: 01959640).
